Albourne Estate Sparkling Wine

The first in a series of beautifully crafted sparkling wines is the Single Vineyard Blanc De Blancs.

I really wanted to push the boundaries with the design of our Sparkling Wine labels and working with Multi-Color Daventry has enabled us to do just that and create some truly stand-out and beautiful labels that I’m sure will become as widely recognised and popular as our still wine labels.” – Albourne Estate

The design approach follows the same ‘Flora and Fauna’ theme as the still wines but this time as a more subtle underpinning ghost image. Albourne Estate has a barn owl that returns every year to nest in eaves of the old barn now use as the tasting room for the vineyard. 

It felt only right that this features as the lead image for this exciting brand launch.

This illustrative approach is then layered with the metallic central panel holding the brand name and descriptive detail. 

The contemporary approach to the body label is then balanced with detailed ‘Albourne Estate’ monogram in pride of place on the bottle’s collar. 

With the South Downs as a backdrop to the vineyard we chose the vibrant Sussex flag colours of cyan & yellow as a nod to the brand’s proud provenence.
