The latest label from Golding Wines came with a brief to capture a true sense of place. With this in mind, Damian Hamilton of Cornershop Design was tasked with creating a new label for the Estate range.
The label elegantly captures the sense of place with a hand-drawn illustration of Golding’s iconic sandstone barn, complemented by botanical references from Golding’s diverse garden and estate. Printing on Sorolla Recycled, which contains 100% recycled content, adds a green touch to the label, complemented by a matte and gloss high build screen for highlights.
“It was imperative to us that the label for this wine captured the true essence of our home in the Adelaide Hills, a place of remarkable natural beauty,” Lucy Golding said. “With references to our favourite elements of our property, including our sandstone barn, overlaid with different leaves from the trees in our gardens, we feel that Damien has beautifully captured the sense of place we were looking for”.
