In 1998, Jack and Eddie established Hirsch Hill in the Yarra Valley, transforming a simple farm into the beginnings of a winery. Jack planted the first vines, laying the foundation for a business built on hard work and dedication. The story of Hirsch Hill has evolved with a commitment to quality winemaking and a philosophy rooted in the belief that there are no shortcuts in life. When Jack passed away in 2013, the family had always wanted to create a label and wine in his memory, and The Rover, which links to his passion for football, was the perfect fit.
Reflecting Hirsch Hill’s commitment to quality, the label is printed on premium Cotone Bianco paper, which supports the detailed foil embossing and debossed border. These elements add depth and texture to the branding and label design.
