The Pressing Matters label range usually displays the brand name in gold foil against a background of limestone crumbling into dark rich soil, with the logo consisting of fine and bold circles. These circles form the letters P and M which are a distinctive symbol of the Pressing Matters brand.
The intention was to take the hollow circle graphic from the logo a step further for the sparkling labels, as it represents a single bubble. This was achieved by cutting the circle out of the label. The overall design approach is minimal and sophisticated, so to emphasise the celebratory nature of this wine, three different but complementary shades of gold were used to add richness to the label.
